Glass Pros LLC/Glass Pros USA (Company) warrants automotive glass installed for as long as the customer owns the vehicle against defects in materials or workmanship, including leakage in case of a windshield replacement, in normal use and service, but makes no other warranties expressed or implied.
Company guarantees repairs Not to crack further for the duration of your ownership of the vehicle, after the repair has been completed. We Do Not guarantee the windshield from cracking during the process of the repair. We DO Not guarantee the point of repair to disappear or fade. If a repair fails, we will credit the amount of the repair paid to us towards the replacement of the windshield (so long as the Company performs the replacement).
No warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose or arising from a course of dealing or usage, nor any other warranty (whether expressed or implied) is made by Company.
Further, Company shall not be held liable for any loss, claim, demand, liability, cost, damage or any expense, caused, or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by the automobile glass replacement/repair or any damage whatever or however caused except to repair the defect or replace the defective material, if possible.
The duration of both the “Auto Glass Replacement Limited Warranty” and the “Windshield/Rock Chip Repair Limited Warranty” is for as long as the Customer owns the vehicle (also referred to as “Lifetime Ownership”) and does not transfer in any shape or form.
